Seriously, rainy days are definitely my favourite. I love going outside and getting soaked to the bone, regardless of the cold I'd get for doing that. Walking under the rain gives you a feeling of freshness, unlike those sunny and hot days when the sun keeps bothering you and you can’t even open your eyes or think properly.
.
Whenever it starts to rain, I can’t help but get in a happy mood, I like the smell of the wet streets, the relaxing and comforting sound of the pitter patter hitting the asphalt and the sight of the autumn leaves on the floor and the sensation that the water is washing away the impurities in the air. And in the end of the day, when you return home from an exhausting and long day, you know that there’s a warm and smooth bed waiting for you together with a cup of tea.
These days are made for staying at home doing nothing in the comfort of your bed or playing around and being reckless.
But not everything is sugar coated; streets tend to get congested with
vehicles, because few people like getting all soaked or they are just
afraid of getting sick

A movie I enjoyed
I'm not really a movie person, so when someone asks me about my favourite movie, I have trouble rememberig the movies I've seen. It's not because I don't like them, and I think I have watched a fair number of them, but you could say I have a serious problem remembering some things.
But this time I'm going to tell you about a movie I watched not a long time ago. This time, I remember because sometime around last year I had invited some friends to my appartment to play around and watch movies like we always do. That time we watched Summer Wars, a japanese animated movie directed by Hosoda Mamoru. It' was about a highschool student who suddenly was asked to do a job by the most popular girl in school, which he accepted without knowing what it was about. It turned out that the girl wanted him to act as her boyfriend and introduce him to her weakened great-grandmother at her 90th birthday. Sounds fairly normal, right? Well the story is set in a fictional present time, where almost everyone in the world uses a virtual world game tat was something like a social network. Well the entire world worked using that network. The protagonist is a introverted and shy boy who is really good at mathematics, even getting the second place on the Maths Olympics in Japan only because he got one number wrong. So one day he recives a mail with a complicated code on his cellphone and thinking it was a mathematic problem he decided to solve it and sent the code back. The code was something like a virus that activated an artificial intelligence program that began stealing all the avatars of the game and all hell broke lose. So they had to fight this thing and try to destroy it because the world was in chaos and a bomb was sent to japan because the virtual network was connected to everything. At the end they did it and it was all good.
I really enjoyed this movie because it was a romantic comedy with hints of science fiction. It was really funnny to watch and it kept your attention all the way through the movie. Not to mention that the development was somewhat unexpected.

Favourite Band
When someone asks me about my favourite band or singer I often have a lot of trouble thinking of one. That's because I tend to listen to different kind of music from pop to metal or some weird combinations and I can't really choose one I can really consider my favourite. But I can certainly say that my choice today is one that I really like. That's LM.C.
They are a japanese band, considered as Visual Kei or something like that. There are a lot of different kinds of Visual Kei, but in their case they are the more lively and colorful one. Their genre is something like rock, pop and electronica, all together. You could say that their style is weird and their music is not something you are used to listening everyday, but that's why I like them. Because they are different and kind of happy. When I listen to them I get cheered up and nothing seems too bad anymore. Most of their songs are lively and encouraging. I enjoy all of their songs, but if I have to choose one, I guess it would be Let Me Crazy or Punky Heart (Yep...Japanese's english is not good) because of the optimistic feeling I get when I listen to them.
So, as to why I chose them... you see, it happens that tomorrow they are giving a concert here in Santiago and I can't wait to see them. Last time they came to Chile, I didn't have the chance to go, not to mention that at that time I didn't know much about them. So this time, when I read about the concert I was so excited that I jumped and told my little brother about it and bought the ticket as soon as I could. And it wasn't expensive so I was happy. I'm looking forward to it.
